Honey-Cinnamon Roasted Chickpeas

Anyways, today I present to you all, honey-cinnamon roasted chickpeas.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1.5 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Cinnamon to taste

Recipe:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the chickpeas on a baking sheet and bake for 45 min. In a bowl, mix your honey oil in cinnamon. After 45 min, take out your chickpeas and toss them with your mixture. Place back in oven and bake for 15-20 more minutes. Serve warm.
